Orders are shipped on working days Monday - Friday.

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Customs & Import Duties for International Customers

Depending on the value of your order, your Sculpt parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges on your end.


Where is my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email to the email address you provided at checkout (if paying with PayPal, this may fill automatically)

Your tracking number is located on your dispatch email & you will also receive updates from Royal Mail by clicking on the tracking link provided in this email.

Please allow up to 12 hours for your parcel to be scanned into the Royal Mail network and your tracking will update accordingly.

Do you deliver on Public Holidays?

We are unable to deliver on Public and Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date.

I have an issue with my order

If you have an issue with an item you've received, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assist with any issues you may have.

Please note - we cannot look into queries for lost parcels, faulty items or delayed delivery time after this period, as these need to be investigated as quickly as possible once your order has been dispatched.

You can return your items to us in one of two ways. If you would like to return your item to us of your own accord, you can return your order to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend you use a tracked & signed-for service as we can NOT be held responsible for any lost/damaged parcels. If your parcel is lost, you must contact the courier of your own accord for compensation and we can not assist with this. Please be sure to include the invoice that was included in your parcel in your return parcel, so that we can identify your return.

If you would like to return your order to us through our returns portal, you can do so by clicking here. If you choose to do this, we will provide a Royal Mail returns label to return your order to us at your local Post Office. We will deduct a £2.99 fee to cover the cost of the label, which will be deducted from your final credit note amount.

Once your order has arrived back to us, it will be inspected by our team and we will email you a code which will be valid on our website for THREE MONTHS ONLY.


Items must be requested/returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed with no scent, in its original packaging with swing tags still attached. Any items returned to us out of these conditions will be refused and shipped back to you and you will be notified via email if this happens. We can NOT refund any duties/tax on international orders. You will be issued a credit note for the exact amount paid for your order (minus the £2.99 fee if you choose to use our returns portal), providing these terms are met. Credit notes may take up to 3 working days to be processed and sent over to you from the day we receive your order back.
