At present, we can not refund any rewards that are redeemed on our system, so be sure that you want to use a reward before you redeem it. Don't forget, the more points you have, the bigger the rewards you can redeem.

You can collect points for any orders you place directly on our website, however, if you visit us at our office and want to purchase items, you will not be able to collect your points for items not purchased through our website.

Our tier system works by calculating how much money you've spent with us from the date our VIP system was activated on our website. You will be automatically placed into one of our tiers based on your spending habits, and you can find out more about which tier you'll be placed in by scrolling up and viewing our VIP tiers section.

If you decide to return your order to us, your points for that purchase will also be dedcuted from your account automatically.

If you've used a rewards voucher for your returned order, this will automatically be refunded and the points will be added back into your account.
