How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes between 1-3 working days from the time of despatch. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched. 

All orders are shipped securely via Royal Mail, tracking notifications are sent via email and SMS.

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties? 
You may need to pay additional taxes and duties outside of the UK.

How much does shipping cost? 
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of £2.99 via Royal Mail. UK orders over £80 are FREE. Orders from EU are charged at a flat rate £9.99. Orders outside the EU are charged at a flat rate £14.99

Do you ship to all countries? 
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. If you are experiencing any issues when selecting a shipping destination please contact enquiries@sculptactivewear.com and the team will be happy to assist you. 

Where are Sculpt Activewear products shipped from?
All Sculpt Activewear products are shipped from our fulfilment facility in Manchester UK.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?
All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, will be final sale and are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. 

What if my order is sold out?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, Sculpt Activewear will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style of the same value or process a refund. 

Pre-Order Purchases
All pre-order item dates are just an estimated date of when stock should arrive at the warehouse and are subject to changes due to unpredicted delays with the shipments. All pre-order orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the stock arriving. 

Can I collect my order directly from Sculpt?
At this time we are unable to offer click and collect however this option will be available soon.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to returns@sculptactivewear.com and they will accommodate your request.
