All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays.
- Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Friday orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on Monday, excluding bank holidays.
- Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to update.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, depending on the order value and destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Where is my order?
Your dispatch confirmation email contains your tracking number and Royal Mail tracking link. Allow up to 12 hours for your parcel to be scanned into the Royal Mail network and for tracking updates to appear.
Do you deliver on UK public holidays?
We do not process orders on UK public bank holidays. Deliveries are unavailable on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Please allow an additional working day for each applicable holiday.

We ship to almost 93% of the world, although geographical postcode restrictions may apply. Contact our team if you're unsure whether we deliver to your address.
What if there's an issue with my order?
Please email help@sculptactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience an issue with an item. Lost parcels, faulty items and delivery delays must be reported within this timeframe so our team can investigate promptly.
Returns Policy
Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery or collection. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and free from odours, stains, make-up, fake tan and pet hair.
- Returned in their original plastic packaging with swing tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original packing slip.
- Bodysuits must have their original hygiene strip intact.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned, and opened socks are non-returnable.
Returns that are damaged, altered, tampered with or do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you. You will receive an email explaining the reason, with photographic evidence and tracking details.
How to Return an Order
Shipped Orders
Return your order through our online returns portal. UK customers can purchase a Royal Mail returns label for £3.99, deducted from the refund. You can print the label or request a QR code through the Royal Mail returns portal.
Alternatively, you can use your own courier. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot refund returns that do not reach us.
Return labels are only available for UK orders. International customers must arrange their own return shipping.
Click & Collect Orders
Return your order directly to our warehouse. Click & Collect orders cannot be processed through the online returns portal.
TikTok Orders
TikTok purchases cannot be returned through our website's returns portal. Please contact TikTok through the app for return instructions.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size only, subject to stock availability.
- Shipped orders: Request an exchange through our returns portal. If returning outside the portal, include your invoice and the requested size.
- Click & Collect orders: Visit our warehouse to exchange your item for another size.
We cannot exchange items for different products. To change an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
Mystery Box Returns
Mystery boxes cannot be exchanged for other items. Individual items may be returned for a refund, but if returning the entire box, all items must be included.
Free Gifts with Purchase
Any free gift received with your order must also be returned to qualify for a full refund. If the gift is not returned, £10 will be deducted from your refund to cover its cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Click & Collect Collection Period
Orders will be held for up to 4 weeks from the date you receive your collection-ready email. After this period, your order will be cancelled and refunded, and you will need to place a new order.
Refunds & Exchanges Processing Times

Refunds: Processed within 5 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take a further 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

Exchanges: Processed within 5 working days of receipt. A tracking link will be emailed once your replacement item has been dispatched.
Cancelling or Amending an Order
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and changes may not be possible once processing is complete.
We can amend certain details, such as your email address, delivery address or size selection, where possible. We cannot replace ordered items with different products. If you ordered the wrong item, your order will need to be cancelled and reordered, provided cancellation is still possible.
Issues with Your Order
If you receive a faulty item or experience an issue with your order, contact help@sculptactivewear.com within 7 days of receipt so our team can investigate promptly. Issues involving lost parcels, faulty items or delivery delays must be reported within this timeframe.
